I am an Associate Professor at the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, specializing in Political Economy. My research interests include the interaction between international capital flows and the domestic political economy. My previous research has mainly focused on the determinants of trade agreement formation, on the political interests that shape such agreements. I use formal theory, econometrics and machine learning techniques.

If I do not reply to an email at all, chances are that it has been treated as spam by my home university’s server (a Microsoft product). There’s nothing I can do about that, unfortunately. Either I get all the spam in the world, or the occasional false positive. Please change the email subject and check it for spelling, especially if you’re sending mail from an account in an Asian domain.

If this is not the page you’re looking for, there is also an excellent professional photographer called Mark A. Manger.
